What Zapiet does well

Dates, time slots, pickup locations, delivery validation and rates, across many locations, with years of production behind it. If scheduling is the only thing missing from your shop, it is a reasonable answer and this page is not trying to talk you out of it.

Where a flower shop needs more

Scheduling is one of four things a florist order carries. The others are what the arrangement should look like, what the card should say, and who is actually receiving it — none of which a scheduling app handles, because most shops do not need them.

So the shop adds a form app for card messages and notes, and a printing app for tickets. Three apps, three bills, and none of them aware of the others: the order is correct in three places and whole in none.

Two differences worth checking yourself

Postal codes. Zapiet’s own guide to zone-based delivery states that each location needs a unique set of postal codes and that overlapping codes are not supported. It matches codes exactly, so a shop covering one city types every code out. One real shop we work with has 33 of them in a comma-separated box, including a duplicate and one belonging to another state — mistakes nobody proofreads out of a list that long.

Floristflow matches by prefix. 361 covers every 361xx address in one entry, and overlapping areas are allowed on purpose: a city-centre shop can sit inside a wider regional one, and the more specific claim takes the delivery.

Order limits. Zapiet lists per-slot order limits as an Advanced-plan feature. Capacity per delivery window is included here, because a florist with one van needs it on the first day, not at the tier where it becomes affordable.

What it costs

Zapiet publishes three tiers: $29.99, $59.99 and $129.99 a month. A form app and a printing app typically add about $35, so the stack comes to roughly $65 at the bottom and $165 at the top for the same job. Floristflow is $100 a month for all of it in one app.

Prices were checked in August 2026 and will have moved — check them against the vendors before you rely on any of it.

The honest caveats

Zapiet has been running in thousands of shops for years and supports trades this app does not. Floristflow is new, built with one working flower shop through a real Valentine’s and a real Mother’s Day, and is opening to more shops now. If you need something proven at scale today, that is a real reason to stay where you are.
