The service
Floristflow is a Shopify app that captures order details, schedules deliveries and prints tickets. You use it under these terms; Shopify has its own, which also apply.
Your shop’s data
It stays yours. We hold it to run the app, and delete it when you uninstall — see the privacy policy.
Printing
Tickets print through PrintNode to a printer in your shop. Neither the printer nor that service is ours, so we cannot guarantee a ticket prints: a machine can be asleep, out of paper, or offline. The app shows you when a job has failed rather than hiding it, and any order can be reprinted. Keep a way of working when the printer is down, as you would with any till.
Availability
We aim to keep the app running and will tell you about planned interruptions. It is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
Acceptable use
Use it for your own shop’s orders. Do not attempt to access another merchant’s data or disrupt the service.
Ending it
Uninstall the app whenever you like; that ends these terms and starts the deletion described in the privacy policy. We may end them if the app is used in a way that harms other merchants.
