Shopify POS for flower shops
Most flower orders are still taken at the counter or over the phone. Shopify POS rings up a sale beautifully and has nowhere to put what the arrangement should look like, what the card should say, or who is actually receiving it.
What ends up on paper instead
Every shop has a workaround: a pad by the till, a note in the order, a form app that opens in a second tab. All of them share one failure — the details live somewhere the ticket, the delivery run and the website do not read.
Then a customer rings to change the card message, and it has to be changed in two places by whoever remembers both.
Captured as part of the sale
Floristflow adds the florist fields to the POS cart itself: recipient, flower notes, colours, card message, delivery instructions and phone, plus delivery or pickup and the date. One pass, without leaving the sale.
It writes to the order, so the printed ticket, the day’s run and the delivery windows all read the same thing — the same fields a customer fills in on the website, and the same ones on a phone order taken as a draft.

The same order, whichever door it came through
A walk-in, a phone call, and an order placed at midnight should reach the bench looking identical. That is only true if one thing writes all three, which is the reason this is one app rather than a POS add-on.
